Reorganization of tables
Minor corrections and additions to text. CSS Stylesheets refurbished for all pages, links for navigating within individual pages got transferred into a vertical navigation bar. Until I find a satisfactory solution, the look of the website now depends on the type of browser you use. The users of browsers that are not standard compliant (Internet Explorer family) will not see a navigation bar to the right side. In general, in a standard compliant browser like Firefox, the pages will look more slick. I'm tired of trying to subdue the erratic behavior of a browser that has intentionally been programmed to break standards. Nevertheless, the full page content is still accessible to users of Microsoft browsers.
